We at The Covered in Grace Boutique do not allow returns at this time. We do want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will be happy to help if at all possible.
Although we do not accept returns. We do accept exchanges for store credit or another item. Personalized, custom, and sale items are not eligible for store credit or exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost if exchanging an item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
